Is it safe to install?
Yes. The app installs straight from the MKS Store website, uses a secure connection and takes up almost no space on your phone. You can remove it any time like any other app.
Will I get order notifications?
Yes. Allow notifications when the app asks. On iPhone, notifications work once MKS Store is installed on your Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or newer).
How do I pay?
Pay by debit or credit card through Stripe's secure payment form, or choose cash on delivery.
Do I need to be over 18?
Yes. You must be 18 or over to create an account, and ID may be checked on delivery of age-restricted items.
How do I get updates to the app?
You don't need to do anything. MKS Store updates itself automatically every time you open it.
